Dermatology

Medical dermatology refers to the diagnosis and treatment of conditions related to the skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes (lining of mouth, nose, eyelids). It also includes measures to help maintain healthy skin and improve the appearance of skin, hair and nails. Our providers sees patients of all ages – from newborns to people over 100 years of age. We follow patients with chronic skin problems and/or a history of skin cancer very closely. For those with more acute concerns such as changing lesions or new rashes, we are usually able to offer same day or next day appointments. We also offer full skin exams to screen for skin cancer and yearly monitoring for those with risk factors for skin cancer.
