The Candela Gentle Max Pro laser is the gold standard in laser hair removal. It works quickly and efficiently to reduce hair. The Gentle Max pro has two wavelengths that make treating any skin type safe. One large advantage to this laser over others is that it requires no numbing prior to treatment and no messy gel during treatment.

To effectively treat hair, the hair must have pigment. Unfortunately, gray/white and blonde hair do not respond to treatment. Pricing is based on the size of the area being treated.

Preparing for your laser hair removal appointment:

• Please shave the area to be treated before your appointment. The morning of treatment is preferred. The area cannot be treated unless newly shaved. If you forget, we will need to reschedule you.

• Please do not apply any lotions, deodorants, etc the morning of your treatment.

• No waxing, tweezing, depilatory creams to the area to be treated 6 weeks before treatment.

• Use sun protection and avoid excessive sun exposure 2-3 weeks prior to your treatment. Newly tanned skinned cannot be treated.

• Please do not use any kind of “fake” tanning products (lotions, spray tans, etc) 6 weeks prior to your treatment.

• Please wear loose fitting clothes that allow for ease of treatment. For example, if you are having underarms treated please wear a tank top to your appointment.
