Our Team
Kaylan L Weese, MD, FAAD
Dr. Weese is a board certified dermatologist with comprehensive training in all aspects of dermatologic care. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Oklahoma. During that time, Dr. Weese received the prestigious honor of being named a Fleming Scholar at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, where she performed basic science research investigating the genetic and molecular aspects of autoimmune disorders such as lupus. She then earned her Medical Doctorate at the University of Oklahoma, where she graduated with honors as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. During that time, she was very active in campus leadership, serving her last 2 years on the executive council of the medical school. Dr. Weese came to Oregon by way of her residency training at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. During her residency, she served in the national organization governing Dermatology, the American Academy of Dermatology, and she performed medical research in atopic dermatitis, the results of which were presented at multiple national conferences. In her final year at OHSU she served as Chief Resident. She remains in close contact with OHSU and enjoys teaching residents. She also continues to serve in leadership within the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Weese provides a full range of dermatologic care for adults and children, including medical and surgical services. She also offers minimally invasive cosmetic procedures to reduce the signs of aging. Dr. Weese is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Society for Pediatric Dermatology and Oregon Dermatology Society. Her interests outside of dermatology include cooking, gardening, and exploring Oregon with her friends and family.
Hannibal Eccles, MD
Dr. Eccles grew up in a military family. He spent his childhood in different corners of the US-from Kentucky, to Texas, to Hawaii, and several more places in between. He completed his undergraduate and medical education at the University of Nevada and was accepted for a US Army scholarship while attending medical school.
His Internship and Dermatology Residency training were completed at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. While there he served as Chief Resident, presented at national meetings, and attended regular grand rounds at the neighboring National Institutes of Health. After residency he was posted to Bassett Army Community Hospital, Fort Wainright, Alaska, where he served as Chief of Dermatology for four years.
Dr. Eccles is board-certified by the American Academy of Dermatology. His professional interests include general dermatology, skin surgery, the management of skin cancers and tumors, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, acne, rosacea and other disorders of the skin.
He moved to Oregon in 2019 and when he’s not in the garden or at the workbench, he enjoys watching the Ducks, and exploring this beautiful state with his wife and two young daughters.
Jennifer Wilson, PA
Jennifer grew up in a small town in Central California and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from University of California, Davis (UCD). She returned to UCD for graduate school where she also completed her Physician Assistant studies. During her schooling, she spent time in an extended dermatology rotation and was immediately drawn to the specialty.
She enjoys seeing and treating patients of all ages with various dermatologic conditions. She has a specific interest in treating and managing acne and psoriasis. In our office, Jennifer performs photodynamic light therapy for treatment of pre-cancerous skin lesions and patch testing when allergic contact dermatitis of the skin is suspected.
In addition to medical dermatology, Jennifer has an interest in and performs cosmetic dermatology. She is trained in dermal fillers, neuromodulators (Botox and Dysport) and Sculptra. She routinely injects fillers in the lips, tear troughs (under eyes), cheeks and lower face (nasolabial folds, marionette lines, jowl sulcus and chin). She strives to help patients reach their aesthetic goals and feel great in their skin.
She is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She focuses on continued education and staying up to date in the latest medical and cosmetic dermatology treatments and recommendations.
Outside of work, she enjoys water activities of any kind, gardening, cooking and spending time with her husband and their two young daughters.
